Add a little glare to your globe circle, you will add a white circle by going to ADD SOMETHING/SHAPES

Choose the circle shape

And again use gradual fade,

but you need to choose FLIP THE DIRECTION OF THE GRADIENT

Make the circle smaller, turn it slightly and squash it to make it more like an oval.

And go to even fade to make it lighter.

You can choose any amount of transparentcy, what ever looks good to you.
