We are making this...

I made my Christmas Ball in DIP10, but I know that it is possible in ALL versions of PI/DIP with some knowledge of your version.

Here we go!
Open a new project and resize. I have made mine 200 pixel, but you can make them bigger if you wish!

You will Insert a round shape.

You will remover the outer border by clicking here

And then click on MORE and click on NONE

Now you want to fill your ball with color. Click here

And then choose a color, I want red

In your stack to the right, you should see this

Now click CTRL + d to duplicate your ball

Click on the lower red ball in your stack

And now fill it with a darker color of the same color you chose for your first ball

Now click on the top ball in your stack

You will go to EFFECTS/EDGES/SOFT

Your ball should now look something like this

Now you want to go to EFFECTS/PAINTBRUSH/FREEHAND and choose the settings like this

And paint 1 or 2 lines like this (they don't have to be perfect, light is never perfect in life!)

Now go to TOUCHUP/BLUR/GAUSSIAN and apply it like this

Your ball should look like this

You now want to go to the stack. Click on your first ball, then hold down the CTRL key and click on the second ball. In the work area you will see a lock at the bottom of your balls.

If you click on it, it will lock

Once locked, you can now make the ball smaller, so you can fit the topper on it

Insert a square shape

Drag it down to the top of your ball. You can squash it and resize it to make it fit the way you want it.

Now with the topper selected (click on it) you will go to EFFECTS/FILL/GRADIENT and choose these settings

And it should look like this

Your ball should now look like this

Insert a donut shape

Select the donut and go to EFFECTS/FILL/GRADEINT just like the topper you just did.

Place it on top of the first square shape and this is what you should see

Now for the hook. This is up to your, how you want it to look. I chose this one

It looks like this

Select the letter "j" and go to EFFECTS/FILL/GRADIENT with these settings

It should look like this

And place it like this

This next part is all up to you! You want to insert a shape you like. I chose this one

Now go to EFFECTS/FILL/PICTURE

And find your picture!

And you can add text if you wish

There ya have it! You can make them in different sizes, color with different text like names!
