Under your stamping option, you can make your own stamps from different graphics and cutouts! Go to PAINT & COLOR EFFECTS/STAMPING. Under #1, you will see 4 little pictures. A grey stamper with blue stamps, a green stamper with blue stamps, a yellow stamper with red stamps and an earse tool.
When making your own, depending on which stamper you choose, is what your stamp will look like. This is almost like the "tube" option in PSP, except you can NOT make your stamp very big, or they blur. With the first stamper selected, you can save a full colored object. The second also is for full colored graphics, but these will come out stamped over lapping, where the first option will stamp them single. Your 3rd stamp is what you use when you want a flat looking cutout, just single colored shapes. You can use the single colored object stamps, then go to your FILL WITH GRADIENT and you can change their colors.
To make a stamp
choose the stamper you want, then go down to the blue square that says MAKE A STAMP, click it and you can have the object already in your tray at the bottom, if you do, just double click it, and it will make it
You can also get a picture from choosing from any of these

And in the same area as making a stamp you can delete a stamp by clicking
You can make single colored stamps too. To do this, just click on this stamp

and then click on MAKE NEW STAMP. No matter if your if your graphic you are using is in full color or not, it will make just a single color stamp. I used this graphic

and ended up with a new stamp that looks like this
