And then you need the cruved corner square for the middle and it goes over the points of the triangles.
Now add a circle and squash it down to a slit looking oval and arrange it on the bottom of the bow (triangle part), make a copy of it for the other size and adjust the them.
You need 2 slanted rectangles for the bottom of the bow. Adjust them and put them behind the square in the middle.
